Jo Kinsella is an executive, advisor, investor, and board member. She has spent the better part of more than two decades inside executive suite of fintech, adtech and software companies, helping them grow, scale, and, at times, reinvent themselves entirely.
Today, and most importantly, Jo is helping businesses and individuals redefine what success actually looks like. Her work now is less about building a single company and more about helping organizations, peers and mentees find their edge, clarity, and path to growth.
Jo is known as a disruptor and for her proven success navigating complex business landscapes, consistently delivering results by optimizing revenue streams and steering multimillion-dollar ventures.
She co-founded TVSquared, a global measurement and attribution platform for converged TV, and led it from inception to its acquisition by Innovid in 2022. She went on to serve as President and COO of XR Extreme Reach, a global, multi-million dollar company at the center of media and advertising. Jo now sits on 3 boards and is Chair of the NY/NJ Women’s initiative at United Hatzalah.
An accomplished Ironman triathlete, Jo has been recognized among the most influential women in advertising and media, including honors from She Runs It, CableFax, TVOT, Cynopsis, and Advertising Week. She was also named a Wonder Woman of New York City.
After two heart surgeries, Jo was forced to reconsider everything—how she worked, how she lived, and what and reimagining her definition of success. That reset became a second chapter. One focused not just on performance, but on sustainability and what that looks like across work, health and family.
Drawing on her own collapse and rebuild, Jo is inspiring others through speaking and an upcoming book on how to burn bright–not out, where she tackles the myth of balance, what truly fuels ambition, and how to craft an identity that’s shaped from the inside.
Jo lives in New Jersey with her fiance Lee Maschler the Founder of Trillium Trading. She is a dedicated mother to her daughter Molly, and three soon-to-be stepchildren Ben. Will, and Natalie.
